NOM-035: the channel you are already required to have
Mexico's NOM-035-STPS-2018 requires workplaces to identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors and workplace violence, and to provide a mechanism for receiving reports. A shared inbox or a spreadsheet rarely holds up as that mechanism under review.
